Add Boot Screen to E/Resource/Apps

1. Read All Pictures B4 Flash
2. Before Flashing please delete folders Private, Data, Resource, cities, Sys, System & any other folders in Memory Card not in use.
3. After successful flashing, wait for sometime till all the widgets gets loaded to the Homescreen.
